Eligibility + timing
- Benefits are available only to qualifying clients represented directly by PAWsome Properties.
- The appropriate buyer, listing or rental representation agreement is required.
- The full applicable package is awarded after a successful closing or executed lease.
- A client referred to Nathan who then works directly with PAWsome Properties may become eligible; any Realtor referral arrangement remains separate.
Using Wag’n World benefits
- Dogs must satisfy Wag’n World evaluation, vaccination, health and behavioral requirements.
- Services are subject to availability and must be redeemed within 12 months.
- Benefits have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for commission credits.
- Grooming is issued as a credit because pricing varies by breed, size, coat and service.
- Values reflect current Wag’n World pricing and may change.
